I am a certified 500-Hour Yoga Teacher through My Vinyasa Practice, a program rooted in both traditional yogic philosophy and modern application. My training provided a deep foundation in anatomy, sequencing, meditation, and subtle body energetics, while also giving me tools to adapt yoga for all bodies and levels.
Through this certification, I have studied and practiced a wide range of yoga traditions, allowing me to create classes that are both versatile and intentional:
Hatha Yoga – cultivating balance and mindfulness through alignment-based postures.
Vinyasa Yoga – flowing sequences that link movement with breath, building strength and flexibility.
Restorative Yoga – gentle, supported poses that encourage deep relaxation and healing.
Yin Yoga – long-held stretches targeting the connective tissues and energy channels of the body.
Yoga Nidra – guided meditation and deep rest for stress reduction and inner awareness.
Pranayama & Meditation – breathwork and mindfulness techniques to calm the nervous system and focus the mind.
This advanced certification also included study of Ayurveda, trauma-informed yoga, yoga philosophy, and subtle body energetics (chakras, nadis, and koshas), which I integrate into my teaching to help students experience yoga on every level—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
My goal as a teacher is to create accessible, meaningful practices that honor the roots of yoga while meeting students where they are. Whether you’re seeking strength, flexibility, stress relief, or spiritual connection, I design classes that guide you toward balance and wholeness.
