Welcome to The Bohemian Farmstead (Est. 2025)
We are a proud Veteran-Owned Small Business that provides family-made quality farm products, including pasteurized goat milk, handmade goat-milk products, raw honey, fresh produce, goat cashmere spun from our does and farm-fresh eggs. We have created a sustainable, family-run farmstead that fosters community connections and promotes eco-friendly living.
Amanda is a Blairstown, NJ native who grew up on Triplebrook Campground and Drew is a Nebraska Cornhusker whose Czech family lineage dates back to the early 1800s. Amanda served the U.S. Army, has Masters' education in Acupuncture and operates Pura Vida Eastern Wellness as a Birth Doula. Drew began his career in the National Park Service with his education in Biology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Together, we have three hard working boys all under the age of 6 (Harker, Colter and Tanner). We hope to instill the same hard-working values in them that we have learned over the years.
Our Vision
At The Bohemian Farmstead, our vision is to create a legacy of sustainable living, self-reliance, and family-rooted values. We believe in connecting people back to the land, back to their food, and back to each other. Through our handcrafted goat milk products, fresh eggs, raw honey, alpaca wool, and seasonal produce, we strive to provide nourishment and peace of mind to families who care about quality, wellness, and where their products come from.
We’re more than a farm — we’re a movement toward simplicity, stewardship, and mindful living. We aim to grow not just crops and livestock, but also a community of like-hearted individuals who value natural wellness, ethical farming, and the kind of hard work that shapes strong families and resilient futures.
10 Year Plan
Over the next decade, The Bohemian Farmstead will evolve into a thriving agritourism destination and community wellness hub. Our goals include:
Expanding production of goat-milk products, raw honey, and alpaca wool with a full product line available in local stores, online, and at regional farm markets.
Establishing a Farm Store & Workshop Space on-site for walk-in customers, DIY classes, and wellness events.
Launching Farm Experiences like Goat Yoga, Family Farm Days, and Homesteading Classes for those wanting to reconnect with nature and their roots.
Creating a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program to provide seasonal produce, eggs, and handmade goods directly to local families.
Growing our animal family with additional goats, chickens, bees, and alpacas, all raised with care and love by our family.
Integrating Eastern Wellness practices from Amanda’s doula and acupuncture background — offering a holistic approach to health that blends farm-fresh nutrition with ancient healing wisdom.
Most of all, we see this farmstead as our children’s heritage — a place where they can grow strong, learn meaningful skills, and one day take pride in continuing what we started.
